Gourmet Brioche Sandwich

  • 12 slices of :
  • Sur BG USA + Australie + Nouvelle-Zélande → Sliced Brioche Loaf
  • Sur LFD Canada EN → Sliced Brioche
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • Lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 strips bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

STEP 1

Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and slice them.

 

STEP 2

Cook the bacon until crispy, then place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

 

STEP 3

Slice the avocados and tomatoes.

 

STEP 4

Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves.

 

STEP 5

Place 4 slices of brioche on a clean surface.

 

STEP 6

Layer with lettuce and tomato slices.

 

STEP 7

Place another slice of brioche on top of the first layer. Add avocado slices and bacon strips. Season with salt and pepper to taste if you want.
