Boulangerie Lanthier, a subsidiary of the La Fournée Dorée group and producer of our famous brioche breads, is looking for a Quality Assistant to join our team at our Baie-D’Urfé and Alexandria plants. If you’d like to join a fast-growing family business and expand your skills in industrial baking, this is your chance. This is a full-time, day-shift position.

The Quality Assistant takes over the Quality Manager’s operational responsibilities (optional management of the team, but not at managerial level). He/she participates in defining the quality policy and objectives validated by management and the site Quality Manager, and is responsible for implementing them in all departments. Oversees the application and improvement of management system procedures (quality, safety, environment, etc.).

Responsibilities

 

Operational management

-Ensures and coordinates the monitoring of quality indicators (customer satisfaction, non-conformities, etc.).

May attend internal and external audits and participate in the follow-up of corrective actions.

-Participates in drawing up and implementing the Group’s requirements in terms of hygiene, health and safety, controls, etc.

– Processes and analyzes CCP, PS, control and measurement results, and implements any necessary corrective actions.

– Leads and monitors the site cleaning plan.

– Participates in Continuous Improvement projects in conjunction with the relevant departments.

 

Team management

Co-leads and coordinates the Quality team

-Takes part in training new employees

– Organizes and implements QSE, HACCP and VACCP training courses.

 

Communication

-Peut-être amenée à communiquer les résultats des indicateurs qualité en interne

Qualité et sécurité

-Respecte et fait respecter le règlement intérieur et les chartes en vigueur (qualité, hygiène, sécurité, environnement etc..)

-Veiller à la bonne transmission des informations à sa hiérarchie et ses collaborateurs

-Est membre de l’équipe << sécurité des aliments >> (HACCP, VACCP…) et garant de la mise à jour des études.
