Boulangerie Lanthier, a subsidiary of the La Fournée Dorée group and producer of our famous brioche breads, is looking for a Quality Assistant to join our team at our Baie-D’Urfé and Alexandria plants. If you’d like to join a fast-growing family business and expand your skills in industrial baking, this is your chance. This is a full-time, day-shift position.
The Quality Assistant takes over the operational management of the Quality team from the Quality Manager. He/she participates in defining the quality policy and objectives validated by management and the site Quality Manage and is responsible for implementing them in all departments. He/she oversees the application and improvement of management system procedures (quality, safety, environment).

Operational management
- Ensures and coordinates the monitoring of quality indicators (customer satisfaction, non-conformities, etc.).
- May attend internal and external audits and participate in the follow-up of corrective actions.
- Participates in drawing up and implementing the Group’s requirements in terms of hygiene, health and safety, controls, etc.
- Processes and analyzes CCP, PS, control and measurement results, and implements any necessary corrective actions.
- Leads and monitors the site cleaning plan.
- Participates in Continuous Improvement projects in conjunction with the relevant departments.
Team management
- Co-leads and coordinates the Quality team.
- Participates in training new employees.
- Organizes and implements QSE, HACCP and VACCP training courses.
Communication
- May be required to communicate results of quality indicators internally.
Quality and safety
- Respects and ensures compliance with internal regulations and applicable charters (quality, health, safety, environment, etc.).
- Ensures that information is properly passed on to line managers and colleagues.
- Is a member of the “food safety” team (HACCP, VACCP, etc.) and is responsible for updating studies.
